The main campground at Lower Fishing Lake provides electrical and non-electrical sites and features a well-maintained beach, day-use area and a service centre with hot showers, sinks and plug-ins. Lower Fishing Lake has a store, gas, boat rentals and cabins at the adjacent resort, while Upper Fishing Lake features a restaurant, gas and additional lodging. With 25 bodies of water suitable for fishing and another 30 within an hour's drive, Narrow Hills, has addition to the native walleye, perch and northern pike, there are stocked trout, including brown, lake, brook, cutthroat and tiger.

Access to Flin Flon, Manitoba, all services. For the sportsman, the city has deep lakes that shelter nature's perfect fish, the walleye, as well as enormous lake trout, burbot, jackfish, and many others. The Flin Flon Trout Festival held each Canada Day weekend is the culmination of a month-long fishing derby where the winning lake trout often reaches 40 pounds. Hunters can find plentiful large game and waterfowl. In 1914, the main lens of the Flin Flon volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit was discovered.
