There are no shade trees in the area which is right beside the highway. The picnic area with five tables is right beside the boat launch. Two small sandy beaches are along an otherwise rocky shoreline. |

East of highway. Kickininee has two tiers. From the paved 44 spot parking area, there are four picnic tables situated on open lawn shaded by deciduous trees. A wide gravel path leads down to the next level consisting of a flat bench of land overlooking the lake with nine picnic tables. Another shorter, steeper path leads down to the rocky beach. All of the tables have an excellent view of the lake. |

This park has a day-use/picnic area located off the Canadian Wildlife Service, Environment Canada Waterfowl Sanctuary parking lot. Excellent wildlife viewing area by Highway 97 between Oliver and Okanagan Falls. Best viewing in spring and fall. Look for mountain goats, California big horn sheep and a wide variety of bird species. Trails provide access to the nearby Canadian Wildlife Service, Environment Canada Waterfowl Sanctuary. The operator maintains the park from April 1- Oct 31. The park is open in the winter without any services or fees. There is exceptional bass fishing in this very weedy lake. No motors are allowed on the lake. |

Access from highway. Inkaneep Provincial Park is located along the BC Okanagan River. Camping facilities; 7 small vehicle accessible campsites, hand water pump, pit toilets, fire rings. No sani-station/dump facilities.
The park is open year round with services offered from April 1 to October 31. The sites are not appropriate for 5th wheel trailers and other large RVs. |

Haynes Point BC Provincial Park |
East of highway 400 mtrs. This small park offers 41 vehicle accessible campsites, seven of which are double sites. All of the sites are reservable from May 15 to Sept 15. The maximum length of stay is seven days due to the size and popularity of the campground. The campground is open from March 28 to October 31 with full services. The gate to the campground and day-use areas is locked during the off season. The boat launch remains open year round. There is a wilderness boardwalk within the park.
