Stone House Road. The West Virginia State Parks operates the Greenbrier River Trail (a rail trail). The trail was a former railroad, but is now currently utilized for wheel-chair use, bicycling, hiking, horseback riding, and ski-touring. The trail goes by several small towns, 35 bridges, and two tunnels as it travels along the valley. A large portion of the trail is situated next to the free-flowing Greenbrier River and surrounded by the Allegheny Mountains.
